Let’s get to the current test: at what stage?
Samples will be taken from Monday, May 25, and at this time we will have the results of the first patient records from the first days available. Of these, it is quite clear to see the difference between people who had the disease and who did not sell the disease. In the meantime, we do not have overlap between the two groups. For people who did not have the disease, there is basically nothing exactly measurable, all the results are on the same background. So far, we do not have samples from anyone who was really in the process and was hospitalized. Of course, we would be interested, because the patients hospitalized at our hospital had really high progress, they concentrated here the most affected by the disease. We meet these patients to get too (we took the first steps), but their convalescence is and will be nron and nevme, if only one milliliter, is somehow untouched. Of course, but it’s a question for the ethics committee. Especially for young children, it is not easy, it is really a question for the ethics committee and immunologists to evaluate the benefits of such a test.

I can’t answer your question at this time. The immune system especially around the age of 12 is very dynamic, with hormonal changes. It is a good question to consider whether to carry out such a study. But at this point we have to answer at least the basic questions, and then we’ll see.

Finding a hundred people with a proven contagion for research is not easy in the Czech Republic, is it?
Yes, we would of course welcome the participants of the study, especially from Brno and the South Moravian Region, but there are really few of them, about 500, so yes, it’s a bit of a problem. The fact that the study on anti-inflammatory immunity also played a role also plays a role, so the interest in giving the test room is also lower among the patients, but it is still clear that new crushes are taking place every day. It is very motivating for them to find out that we are testing the memory trace of the virus. Many people understand that the answer to how strong and weak they are is first and foremost for vaccine development.

Does this mean anything for estimating the durability of this immune response? Does a small cell mean that acquired immunity will not last long, or is it not possible?
In general, it cannot be assumed that my cell is bad and very good. The important thing is that they are there and they are functional. When a hunter is different, it is necessary to follow the trend. And this is exactly what we need to find out.
