Twitter has blocked 70 million tonnes, but it’s a little different

Denk The Washington Post reported that Twitter had blocked 70 million in the first two months in the fight against fakes in the first place. Ned Segal from the leadership of Twitter later stated that it was mostly about non-functional ones.

Over the weekend, The Washington Post released information from an unnamed source that Twitter in May and June made a total of $ 1 million, and could be expected in July. According to the letter, the company thus fights with the fakes and the unreliable ones.

This should have been a significant increase compared to previous months, when the microblogger blocked about a million tons of msn. The information was also surprising because it was about 336 million active users, and that was less than five years.

On Monday, Ned Segal reported this information financially on Twitter.

Most of the ones we remove are not included in the naichmetrics, because they were not active for at least 30 days or we captured them during registration, on Twitter Segal and later added that if the company decided to remove 70 million of those listed in the currency , then the investors and the user would find out right from Twitter.

If we removed 70M accounts from our reported metrics, you would hear directly from us. This article reflects us getting better at improving the health of the service. Look forward to talking more on our earnings call July 27!

Segal claims that the article only shows that the company is trying to stay healthy and promises that the details will be published as part of the July results service.

Fight against falenm at first

Twitter and other social media have been broadcast by American lawyers and international government regulators, because they only give a little to prevent fake content. This is one of the reasons why the control activity of these social sites increased and the sweats of those blocked increased markedly.

Thomson Reuters estimates that the number of active Twitter users increased by 3 percent to 337.06 million in the second quarter of 2018.
