BFM / RMC: employees vote to resume strike until Monday morning

The employees of the TV and radio channels of NextradioTV caused an interruption of the live Thursday evening for an hour but the debate between the candidates for the municipal elections in Paris was maintained.

After a second day of mobilization, the employees of NextradioTV, the media subsidiary of the Altice group, voted at a general meeting to resume the strike until 9 a.m. on Monday, members of the group told AFP. inter-union of the company.

Journalists and technicians started their strike movement on Wednesday. This Thursday, the mobilization was apparently less strong, and the antennas less disturbed than the day before. In the morning, union representatives got management to abandon a possible job protection plan (PSE), less favorable to employees, to set up a voluntary departure plan (PDV). “target” which would target 330 CDI. Despite this victory and while the discussions were to continue in the evening, the resumption of the strike was finally voted by the general assembly by the employees, until Monday, June 29 at 9 am.
